KOO renovated 60,000 SF of Nicholas Senn High School, built in 1913. The renovation consisted of interior and exterior renovation work including the main entrance, lobby, counseling suite, toilet rooms, locker room and other miscellaneous work, including all associated MEP work. Demolition and new construction at the existing main entrance to add accessible ramps and rework the existing exterior stair; renovation work in the lobby required to move the main student entrance back to this location; new doors at the entrance to the auditorium lobby and painting in the lobby; work in the counselling suite to repair the floor and a complete reconfiguration of the space; renovation and up-grades to toilet rooms and locker rooms; whiteboard upgrades to select classrooms; and IT upgrades to select classrooms and other minor work as indicated.
